Shipping:

Due to the rising cost of shipping, free shipping on all orders will use the most economical method available at time of purchase. Please be prepared to pick up your order at a bus or train station if called for. Door to door shipping can be available for an extra charge.

Order will be shipped as soon as funds clear from paypal account to Vintage Renewal's account so that we may process free shipping to client. Transfer takes approx. 4 - 5 business days to process. At that time, purchased item will be taken to shpping method used from Vintage Renewal's warehouse for shipping processing.

Shipping ,handling, packaging and insurance have all been included free within price posted online.

All items must be removed or delivery arrangements made within five working days from the purchase date unless other arrangements are made. Vintage Renewal is waived from any damages that may occur to any item(s) left longer than ten days on our premises. These items may also be subject to a storage fee of 5% of the purchase price per month.

Payment:

We accept major credit cards and payment online through PayPal. For orders shipped within Colorado please add all applicable local and state taxes. Items can not be released without full payment.

Hold Request:

As a courtesy to our clients, we will hold an item from our Online Catalogue for three business days.

Exchange/Return Policy:

Due to our Free Shipping promotion, all sales are final. If there is loss or damage through shipping, a claim must be filed to re-coup loss. Vintage Renewal will help in any way to ease that transaction between client and shipper.
